Our story so far...

Lennon Wright was founded in 2015 by industry experts John and Rob. They bashed their heads together and came up with a solution to a common problem in the recruitment industry - yes the rewards are great, but the atmosphere was awful!

They envisioned an awesome recruitment company that offered the chance for people to become very successful in a fun, friendly, and motivating environment.

The first year...

Our founders worked in solitude in the beautiful British countryside for ten months solid, building the foundations for what Lennon Wright is today. Long hours, hard work, and endless phone calls enabled the two directors to move to London at the end of 2015.

Our first London office!

We found a cool space close to Liverpool Street and started to grow our team. We achieved fantastic growth both financially and with our staff.

Hallo, Munich!

In 2017 we opened up a small Munich office, giving us a local presence for our clients in Germany.

Bigger is better!

2017 also saw us move into a bigger, brighter, and better office close to Monument station.

The land of opportunity

Our exponential growth and ambition in 2017 set us up nicely to achieve our 5 year goal in just 2 years! We set up an office in America.

Our Richmond, Virginia office is the HQ for our US operations and we are looking at new cities to venture into in 2018.

We introduced our apprenticeship scheme in early 2018 and are always looking to partner with organisations and ambitious individuals looking to develop professionally on our apprentice program.

We are lucky to have an impressive office space in the heart of London. Based just 1 minute’s walk from Monument station, our staff LOVE our location. Liverpool Street, Tower Hill, Cannon Street, Fenchurch Street, and London Bridge are all located under 10 minutes away. Bright, modern office space with great views!
